Sustainability is not just a catchword for us
As the effects of climate change intensify and in response to eco-economic changes, there is a natural desire to consume more local produce. Only if you know where the flowers, seeds and roots from which the raw materials are harvested come from, even if you pick them yourself, can you be sure that they are natural, clean and of high quality.
Aside from spices, the farthest our products come from is the Ukrainian foothills of Transcarpathia, where we are delighted to find the finest quality fireweed (for Ivam chai), thyme and pine buds.
We use our resources as efficiently as possible, producing only the quantities calculated to meet specific demand. No excess stock on the shelves, only the freshest roasted or dried, and transport volumes are also optimised, so everyone wins.
We choose recyclable, non-excess packaging and paper labels are easy and inexpensive to print for small quantities, for other brands or for personal orders.
