Carrot coffee cocktail

To make 3 glasses of the drink, you will need:

  • 150ml water
  • 12 g (3 tsp) carrot coffee
  • 450ml sparkling coconut water
  • Lime slices for decoration
  • Ice cubes
  • Make the carrot coffee.
  • In a glass, add ice and 150ml sparkling coconut water.
  • Slowly pour 50ml of the carrot coffee over the ice.
  • Garnish with a slice of lime for extra flavour. Delicious!

Acorn coffee cocktail

To make 3 glasses of the drink, you will need:

  • 3 teaspoons (~10g) of acorn coffee
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Ice cubes
  • Pour a handful of ice cubes, condensed milk, cinnamon and prepared acorn coffee (unstrained, double run – prepared like black coffee) into a cocktail shaker. If you are not using an espresso machine, wait 5-7 minutes after pouring the water and pour through a sieve into the blender.
  • Shake very well.
  • Add the ice to the glass and pour the prepared coffee through the strainer or blender nozzle. Enjoy!

Pine bud iced tea

To make 5-6 glasses of the drink, you will need:

  • 1000 ml water
  • 40 g pine buds
  • 220ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 120g light agave syrup
  • Lime slices
  • Ice cubes
  • Pour boiling water over the pine buds and leave for 20 minutes.
  • Mix the cooled pine bud tea with the lime juice and agave syrup. Use the light syrup as the dark syrup will add an extra caramel flavour.
  • Add ice to the glass, pour the tea into the glass and garnish with a lime slice.
    Delicious!

Chicory coffee cocktail

To make 2 glasses of the drink, you will need:

  • 220ml water
  • 12 g (2 tsp) chicory coffee
  • 1 banana
  • 100 ml milk (oat milk is the most suitable plant-based milk)
  • Ice cubes
  • Bring the chicory coffee to the boil, strain and leave to cool.
  • Blend the ripe banana with the milk.
  • Fill the glass with ice, pour in the coffee, add the banana milk and stir.
    Delicious!

Camomile iced tea and strawberry cocktail

To make 2 glasses of the drink, you will need:

  • 400 ml of water
  • 5 g (3 tsp) marigold flower tea
  • 100 g of strawberries
  • 100 g sugar
  • Ice cubes
  • Cover the strawberries with sugar and leave overnight to allow the juices to form a syrup.
  • Brew the camomile tea, leave to steep for 5 minutes, strain and leave to cool.
  • Fill the glass with ice and add 3 sliced strawberries.
  • Mix 150ml of the tea with 20-30g (2-3 tablespoons) of the strawberry syrup, pour into the glass and stir.
    Delicious!

Iced Ivan chai with ginger

To make 2 glasses of the drink, you will need:

  • 500 ml of water
  • 2 teaspoons of fireweed (Ivan chai) tea
  • 50 g of fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp of ground ginger
  • 100 ml lemon juice
  • 80 g honey or agave syrup
  • Lemon slices
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • Pour the herbs over water cooled to 80°C and leave for 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the grated ginger and leave to cool further. Strain the cooled fireweed tea and mix with the lemon juice and honey/agave syrup.
  • Fill the glass with ice, mint leaves and lemon slices and top with the tea.
    Delicious!

    We recommend making a large batch in advance. It will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days.
